Monthly Mentor – Peter Cheung – Handouts
On August 8th, Fluent Brain had the great privilege of having Peter Cheung for its August Monthly Mentor.
Peter Cheung is a founding partner and President of Alture Properties. Peter is also a founding partner in Peak Performance Investment Ltd., and was instrumental in growing the company to significant real estate holdings in less than three years. Peter is an active (REIN) Real Estate Investment Network member and won Player of the Year in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 for having the highest real estate acquisitions. He was also awarded for his contributions to the community in 2009 and 2011. Peter graduated with a B.Sc. from Simon Fraser University in 1992, and has lived in Vancouver since 1981.
Peter is a good friend and client of mine. We go back several years. He was introduced to my Mastermind Group at the time by one of the members. We’ve built a friendship and done quite a lot of work together since.
His accomplishments are impressive, and I have detailed a few of the handout below (which were taken from altureproperties.com). Peter has been an entrepreneur for 20+ years -- 15+ years in the Technology sector, and he transitioned to real estate over the last 5 years.
The topic for this webinar was Success.

Peter Cheung is doing a great job. You write a very good post. This is really impressive.
Neva, I totally agree! ; )
What did you get most out of this Monthly Mentor webinar with him?
Matt,
Excellent visual summary!
I’m always amazed how much one can learn from your approach no matter how many years of experience one has in visual thinking and presenting: you concentrate information, you standardize content, and you provide structure (grouping content) thus delivering a clear message that one easily will be able to retain.
Best wishes,
Dietmar
Thank you Dietmar, I appreciate your comment : )
Cheers,
Matt
