Monthly Mentor – Justin Brokop – Handouts
Have you ever heard the phrase “Do what you love and the money will come”? Well, it’s true. But nobody teaches you how to find what you love. And then, once you have found it, you need the right strategies in place to monetize it.
Justin Brokop has spent the past 8 years studying the formula of how to find your voice – your unique passion, talents, conscience, and vision. As a strategic consultant and speaker, Justin spends most of his time helping people transform their careers.
On the last Monthly Mentor call, Justin guided the audience by the hand to:
- uncover their passion
- identify their genius
- and find their WHY
He revealed his step-by-step secret formula that he uses with his private consulting clients, and how visual facilitation can transform the way people show up.
People from across North America have paid him thousands of dollars to guide them on this journey.

Justin Brokop taught his first personal development seminar to a Grade 9 class – when he was still in Grade 9. At a young age he realized the power of self awareness and that a few simple steps could be used to help anybody find their potential.
Justin started his first company two weeks after he turned 17, and went on to lead an event series called The Wealth Club. He taught goal-setting skills to CEO’s and entrepreneurs more than twice his age. He helped them tap into their passion because, simply, that was his passion.
After founding Business Leaders of Tomorrow later that year, Justin became passionate about empowering young leaders. He has taught entrepreneurial and leadership skills to youth throughout Canada and Northern Ireland, and has since grown the organization into a national non-profit.
Upon accepting a job offer at an investment firm in Toronto, Justin realized the precious value of his time. Sometimes spending 12 hours a day in the office, he began to miss the opportunity to educate and inspire others. After nearly being hit by a speeding car, however, his life changed.
Justin realized the value in living a purpose driven life and vowed to have nothing less. He wanted to help other people realize this as well. He became excited again to help others connect to their potential, and he resigned from his corporate job three weeks later.
He proceeded to work with small businesses as a management consultant and marketing consultant. With hundreds of hours of courses in leadership and entrepreneurship completed, it was time to apply his knowledge. He decided to publish his first book in 2012 and dedicated 100% of his time to growing his company.
In 2012 Justin moved to his dream city, Vancouver, where he enjoys downhill skiing and mountain climbing. He enjoys public speaking and leads a bi-weekly event series called The Genius Mastermind Group. He also works with several consulting clients, helping them tap into their passion, align it with the needs of the market, and discover how to profit from it.
